Person-Centred Therapy

Whoever you are, whatever brings you here, you deserve a space where you can be met with compassion.

I work in a person-centred way. My role is to meet you with curiosity, honesty, care and a space where you can speak freely - even when your feelings seem complicated or difficult to put into words.

You can come as you are. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s happening and work towards a life that feels more like your own.

How I work

Who I work with

I work with adults of all identities and backgrounds, and have a particular interest in supporting LGBTQIA+ people, including those exploring sexuality or gender.

I also work closely with trauma and PTSD, and with neurodivergent people, whether formally diagnosed, self-identified or still figuring things out. You may be living with anxiety, shame, exhaustion, sensory overwhelm, numbness or a nervous system that rarely seems to feel safe.

Trauma can affect how we relate to ourselves, our bodies and the people around us. Alongside talking, we can explore gentle ways to recognise what is happening in your nervous system and find forms of regulation that work for you, without treating your natural responses as something to fix.

You don’t need to arrive with a diagnosis or a neatly organised story. We’ll begin wherever you are.
